ABOUT ME
|
I'm an award-winning photographer and artist from Scotland. My training focused on the technical aspects of photography including studio portraiture, architectural, advertising and corporate photography using DSLR, large and medium format studio cameras. Following my HND, my images have won BIPP and FEP international awards. I'm a member of the British Institute of Photography Association of Photographers and AHFAP.
After starting as a landscape photographer, more recent contracts have included: expedition photographer in the Polar regions; heritage photographer in National Trust for Scotland castles; rare books photography for a Cultural Heritage Digitisation Service; nature photography tuition. My current areas of work are portraiture and event photography throughout Scotland, capturing details, expressions, beauty and action. I'm also available for documentary and tourism projects. My nature photography is a source of inspiration for my other main pursuit as a glass designer & painter. Visit the Skye Glass site. |
